About the role
 
We are looking for enthusiastic staff to join our team part time - Medical and surgical ward dedicated to providing care to patients
You will be responsible for providing  safe, effective and appropriate patient care in a patient - focused environment. 
 
Your main duties will include:

• Deliver direct patient care within Enrolled Nurse scope of practice
• Monitor and report patient observations and clinical changes
• Assist with medication administration under RN delegation
• Support activities of daily living
• Document care and contribute to care planning with the RN team
