At illum.e, we are not 'just another tuition centre'. We are a premium English education brand known for clarity of method, depth of thinking, and consistently strong student outcomes.
This role is designed specifically for newly-graduated educators or tutors with limited formal classroom experience who want to be trained properly, mentored closely, and developed into confident, high-impact English teachers. If you have mainly done 1-to-1 private tutoring, this role offers the structure, support, and pedagogy to help you scale your teaching skill professionally.
You will focus primarily on teaching excellence and classroom delivery, while being gradually introduced to curriculum thinking through guided exposure - not thrown into the deep end.
Teaching locations will also be based on our five branches - Jurong East, Bukit Timah, Novena, Hougang and Marine Parade.
