Role

Join the English department in a developmental role designed to build your classroom confidence before teacher training. You will support pupils through 1:1 intervention, small‑group academic work, lesson support, and targeted help with reading, writing, analysis, and exam preparation, while learning from experienced staff in a busy secondary setting.
