Position Objective
Plan, coordinate, and monitor production plans to ensure demand fulfillment, efficient use of production capacity, and on-time delivery of finished goods, aligned with the company's operational objectives.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree (completed)
**Age**: 25 to 45 years
Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning within manufacturing companies
Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office
English as a working language
Strong knowledge of manufacturing and production processes
Key Responsibilities
Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly production plans
Schedule and follow up on weekly production orders
