Engineer/Senior Engineer, Building & Infrastructure

Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Building and Infrastructure Programme Centre, where you will work with multi-disciplinary teams to shape and enhance the capabilities of our defence facilities in support of MINDEF/SAF’s operational needs.

The Role Will Require You To

• Manage construction projects for MINDEF/SAF from planning to tendering and evaluation, site/construction management and transition to Operations & Support
• Conduct feasibility and front-end studies and work out project plans, budgets and schedules
• Prepare and evaluate invitations to quote and tender submissions to ensure objectivity in the selection process, as well as to ensure that selected solutions meet MINDEF/SAF’s needs and are within the approved budget, schedule and project deliverables
