General Information/Job Summary

We are seeking a highly driven Engineering/Technical Proposals Manager (ETPM), who will serve as the primary owner and accountable lead for developing complete EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) proposals. This role requires strong leadership across multidisciplinary teams, deep attention to engineering quantities and estimate development, and a proactive, hands-on approach to ensuring all proposal components are coordinated, accurate, aligned, and delivered on time.

This position is responsible for leading the full proposal cycle, from RFP receipt to estimate handoff, ensuring the technical, commercial, and execution elements of the proposal reflect a cohesive and competitive offering.
