Engineering Technician

**Job Description Summary**: The worker will be responsible for the design of hydro generator mechanical components for the South and North American market. He will also be responsible to give technical support for supply chain and site activities related to hydro generators.
**Essential Responsibilities**:
As a Generator engineering technician, the worker will be responsible to:
- Deliver design work packages for hydro generator projects using technical guidelines;
- Collaborate with other engineering COEs (Center Of Excellence) worldwide;
- Participate to & Launch design review meetings with other COEs and consulting Engineers.
- With the support of draftsmen and technicians, deliver design calculations, technical specifications, drawings and BOM’s.
- Deliver purchase requests to supply chain.
- Support the supply chain and site installation teams during the different phases of the projects.
