ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN - Plant 10

This weekend-crew position will be located in our Whitehall Casting, Plant 10 Operations.

Summary: The manufacturing engineering technician role provides technical support to ensure continuous flow of parts, materials and information by addressing issues that arise to drive velocity through the plant.

+ Acts as a liaison between engineering, manufacturing, other functions to expedite product flow

+ Continually address issues with problem-solving techniques that impact velocity and solve issues identified to root cause

+ Proactively identify and address potential problems or constraints in the production process for improvements or cost reduction

+ Interact with engineering to drive tooling, NPI and process improvements

+ Supports engineering and manufacturing with data collection, compiling information and analysis to support process control
