Engineering Technician III

**Description**

SAIC is seeking experienced **Welding Technicians** to join our growing team at the Bedford Production Facility. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in **welding and fabrication** and be comfortable working individually or as part of a team.

**Primary Responsibilities**

+ Complete all welding required for the project including all required preparation and completion of quality welds.
+ Maintaining readiness of equipment to complete all given tasking.
+ As part of the team, participate in efforts to improve processes and procedures for welding and fabrication tasks that meet production and integration objectives.
+ As needed, support the development of jigs/fixtures, and support other related assembly and fabrication tasks.
+ Collaborate with the project team to analyze technical documentation including drawings, schematics, and layouts, ensuring practical alignment with welding processes for production.
