Engineering Technician - Electrical (Controls)

This role is responsible for the independent application of relevant technical knowledge, techniques and procedures in support of the safe and effective operation, maintenance and management of facility assets, infrastructure and systems. This subject matter expert position plays an integral role within a diverse and complex work environment that is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting automated systems and industrial equipment, ensuring they run efficiently and safely.

**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ System installation and maintenance: Install, wire, and maintain electrical and electronic equipment, control systems, and industrial machinery according to diagrams and specifications.
+ Troubleshooting and repair: Diagnose and fix problems with automated systems, including PLCs, BMS, Power & Generation and other electrical components, to minimize downtime.
