· Assists Project Manager, Project Engineer, or Resident Project Engineer

· Interprets red-lines from the field

· Performs CAD drafting functions

· Tabulate quantities

· Prepares lists and forms

· Assembles documents and records

· Transmits documents and drawings

· Follow all company policy and procedures

· Adhere to safety policy

· Must be willing to travel (assume travel to be 80%)

Requirements

· Field experience in telecommunications construction or construction with emphasis on underground machine operation

· Ability to read and interpret Statements of Work (SOWs) to ensure field work is completed to job standard
