Engineering Technician

We're looking for a hands-on Engineering Technician who enjoys solving problems, maintaining facilities, and ensuring our operations run safely and efficiently every day.

What You'll Do

• Perform preventive maintenance on building facilities and engineering systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and general building issues.
• Maintain fitness equipment, recovery facilities (sauna, steam room, ice bath, hot tub), swimming pool systems, and restaurant/kitchen equipment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments.
• Monitor pool filtration systems, pumps, and water circulation.
• Maintain maintenance records, equipment logs, and spare parts inventory.
• Support workplace safety standards and emergency response procedures.
• Work closely with Operations, Housekeeping, Front Office, F&B, and external contractors to ensure smoot...
