Job Summary

A fantastic opportunity for an Engineering Team Leader, Lead Engineer, or Senior Maintenance Engineer to step into a leadership role in a highly automated, fast‑paced manufacturing facility in Nottingham. You will manage a small team of engineers while remaining hands‑on, supporting maintenance activities across a variety of production and packaging equipment. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will drive engineering performance, reduce downtime, and improve overall plant reliability.

Responsibilities
