Engineering Team Lead

Are you an experienced Senior Engineer ready to step confidently into leadership, or an emerging Engineering Manager eager to make your mark? I'm looking for an Engineering Team Lead who can balance strong technical chops with people‑first leadership to help us scale a high‑performing engineering organisation. In this hybrid role (approx. 70% leadership / 30% hands‑on), you'll guide a team of 4‑6 engineers while staying close to the code. You'll partner closely with the Head of Engineering to drive technical excellence, operational maturity, and a culture built on trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
