We are looking for an Engineering Supervisor to lead day to day assembly and testing operations within an R&;D and Prototype environment. This role combines team leadership, operational planning, process improvement, and cross functional collaboration, with a focus on delivering high quality work safely and efficiently. The position offers the opportunity to help shape processes, develop team capability, and contribute to continuous improvement across the function.
