Job description
We are seeking an Engineering Supervisor to support the delivery of safe, high‑quality engineering and infrastructure services that benefit local communities.

Reporting to the Engineering Contracts Manager, you will supervise operational teams and subcontractors, ensuring work is delivered efficiently, safely and in line with agreed standards, specifications and timescales.
Key responsibilities:
Supervise and support site‑based teams, providing clear direction and leadership

Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and safe systems of work

Allocate work and resources to meet service and project requirements

Monitor work quality and address issues arising on site

Support project delivery and liaise with clients, contractors and stakeholders

Maintain accurate site records and reports

Participate in the 24‑hour call‑out rota when required
