**HVAC & Refrigeration Systems**

+ Operate, monitor, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and associated equipment.
+ Maintain refrigeration units, chilled water systems, heat exchangers, boilers, cooling towers, pumps, valves, piping, and air handling units.
+ Monitor temperature, pressure, and system performance and make necessary adjustments.
+ Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on chillers, fan coil units, DX units, VAV systems, and air distribution systems.
+ Replace filters, lubricate motors, inspect belts, align shafts, and perform equipment servicing as per manufacturer recommendations.

**Electrical & Plumbing Systems**

+ Operate and maintain electrical distribution systems and plumbing installations.
+ Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing equipment.
+ Ensure all systems function safely and efficiently with minimum downtime.
