Engineering Supervisor

• Supervise daily engineering operations and lead a team of technicians.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for all MEP and HVAC systems.
• Ensure prompt response and resolution of guest room engineering issues (AC plumbing electrical fixtures).
• Monitor and troubleshoot BMS fire alarm, fire pumps and life‑safety systems.
• Manage maintenance of chillers, pumps, boilers, electrical panels and plumbing networks.
• Coordinate with contractors for specialized repairs and technical services.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Civil Defense, DM, DEWA and SIRA standards.
• Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments and ensure LOTO and PPE compliance.
• Support authority inspections, certifications and permit renewals.
• Maintain accurate work orders, maintenance logs and spare‑parts inventory.
