Duties & Responsibilities Stores Assistant Function Issuing of spares to work order requirements Accurate cycle counting Maintain the re-ordering system as required and proposing changes to order points Communicate stock shortages in a timely manner to ensure stock levels are maintained to the agreed level To ensure the stores area is kept in a clean and tidy manner Receive and receipt goods into the department and make sure delivery note matches purchase order.
