What You Will Do (Roles & Responsibilities)

• Inventory Management & SAP Administration
  • System Accuracy: Update and maintain the mechanical store inventory via the SAP computerized system, including accurately keying in Goods Receipts (GR) and transaction postings.
  • Stock Control: Conduct regular inventory control and physical stock counts/checking to ensure system alignment.
  • Lifecycle Management: Proactively identify slow-moving, expired shelf-life, and obsolete parts to initiate the scrapping process.
• Daily Store Operations & Material Handling
  • Receiving & Issuing: Manage the physical receiving and issuing of parts requested by users across the production and project departments, including handling necessary requisition forms.
