Engineering Specialist

We are hiring a few Engineering Specialists to join our team In this role, you will be a technical expert who focuses on training and development of more junior engineers.

Responsibilities:

Coach, mentor and guide multiple multi-functional teams of software engineers;
providing clarity, communicating team vision, strategy and progress to all team members.

Ï Conduct daily lab sessions.

Ï Provide professional and best practice guidance with an emphasis on quality, simplicity, maintainability, and performance.

Ï Train and establish team culture with emphasis on customer centricity, engineering agility, creativity, collaboration and a continuous learning/growth mindset.

Ï Capture daily feedback to identify specific roadblocks and individual trainees’ concerns.
