Summary

• The Production Engineer Manager is part of the local plant management team. The department supports production and maintenance colleagues to find solutions to problems that arise and to improve the current production and side processes.
• Focus on the energy consumption of the plant and follow up on possible deviations.
• Focus on long‑term (CAPEX) projects and investments, coordinating with the HQ Engineering team.
• Ensure ISO 50001 (Energy Management System) requirements are implemented in plant procedures.
• Coordinate plant data collection and audit for the plant CO2 emission process.
• Responsible for part of ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System), monitoring process parameters to align with TA Luft exhaust emission requirements.
