Job Title: Engineering Recruiter – Oil & Gas

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Recruiter with a strong background in hiring for Process Engineering, Instrumentation, and Piping roles within the Oil & Gas industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing and closing technical positions and a good understanding of EPC projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Process Engineers, Instrumentation Engineers, and Piping Engineers.
• Source candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
• Schedule and follow up on interviews.
• Negotiate salary and manage offer roll-out.
