Engineering Project Manager

Sonardyne International is a global leader in advanced subsea technology, delivering innovative solutions that support the Energy, Ocean Science, Offshore Renewables, and Defence sectors. As we continue to develop next-generation underwater systems, we are seeking a Project Manager to help shape and deliver our internal technology and product development programmes.

This role is responsible for leading engineering‑led projects from concept through to completion, ensuring delivery against agreed technical, schedule, and budget objectives. The successful candidate will work across multidisciplinary engineering teams to drive structured execution, maintain project governance, and support the continuous improvement of Sonardyne’s development processes.

A key focus of the role is the management of internally funded research and product development initiatives, ensuring effective progression through design, development, and delivery phases.
