We are recruiting a Project Engineering Manager to join our Müller Milk & Ingredients business at our Skelmersdale site on an 18‑month fixed‑term contract.
This is a site‑based, hands‑on role, leading the successful delivery of engineering and capital projects within a live FMCG manufacturing environment, while providing technical leadership to Project Engineers and wider stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of multiple CAPEX projects from concept to handover.

Provide technical leadership and direction to Project Engineers and supporting resources.

Manage project budgets, forecasts, risk, scope and delivery timelines.

Ensure adherence to Müller project governance, investment and change processes.
