At Nuaav we are in the lookout for someone who has built systems, broken systems, fixed systems - and can now lead others to do the same. This role is for a hands-on technical leader who grew up in engineering. Someone who understands architecture trade-offs, scalability limits, cloud constraints, and what production-ready actually means.
If you haven't designed and delivered real systems yourself, this role won't feel comfortable.
What You'll Actually Own
• Lead Data & Platform engineers with technical depth and credibility
• Drive delivery end-to-end - not just timelines, but architecture quality
• Design and review scalable systems (especially data-heavy environments)
• Make architectural calls with clear trade-offs.
