What You’ll Be Doing

We’re seeking an experienced and driven Engineering Project Leader with a strong background in automation systems to join our growing team. Based in Nottingham, this role will lead engineering and automation projects across the UK, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project delivery, from design through to installation, commissioning, and handover.
• Manage multiple automation projects simultaneously, ensuring compliance with scope, budget, and timescales.
• Deliver projects safely and efficiently within live operational environments, minimising disruption to client operations.
• Work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop project plans, risk assessments, and budgets in line with company procedures.
