Engineering Program Manager (Contract)

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Lead assigned engineering and NPD programs from planning through commercialization.
+ Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, risk registers, and action trackers.
+ Coordinate activities across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Product Management, Sales & Marketing, and regional engineering teams.
+ Drive project reviews and provide regular status updates to management.
+ Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and resource constraints.
+ Coordinate product testing, certification, validation, and launch activities.
+ Ensure successful execution of product roadmap initiatives and launch readiness.
+ Establish and improve project governance, reporting, and execution processes.

**Qualifications**

+ Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
