Engineering Planner

Role Purpose

To ensure planning and scheduling of engineering maintenance activities is comprehensively delivered to ensure all Facilities, Utilities and Equipment is maintained safely and in compliance with GMP requirements.

Key Accountabilities and Duties

• Develop and maintain maintenance & calibration schedules for all plannable maintenance activities on site.
• This includes Planned Preventative tasks and unplanned task.
• Ensure any planned task which is not delivered by the required due date is escalated appropriately.
• Communicate effectively with customer departments, working closely with the production scheduler to ensure all required FUE is available for maintenance in line with the assigned due dates.
• Lead the weekly maintenance planning meetings to ensure all issue are captured and communicated resulting in 100% on time delivery.
• Ensure all planned activities are appropriately resourced.
