Engineering Operation Manager is to lead technical team to support CNC precision products development and process across Aerospace & Aviation sectors.

• Ensuring alignment of production, supply chain, quality, logistics, and overall business objectives to achieve operational excellence and consistent performance.
• Drive large‑scale factory relocation and expansion initiatives, managing the full transition lifecycle including operational planning, machinery and inventory transfer, workforce migration, supplier realignment, facility setup, production validation, and post‑transfer stabilization with minimal business disruption.
