Engineering Manager

Growing company in St. Paul for an Engineering Manager. It is a direct hire role with a full benefits package, 

• Minimum of 10 years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing capital projects
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects in an industrial or manufacturing setting
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's livense with demonstrated safe driving record
