Engineering Manager

A leading aerospace manufacturer is seeking a highly technical Engineering Manager to provide hands-on leadership across CNC programming, metallic forming, tooling strategy, and production engineering within a complex manufacturing environment.

This role will partner closely with Operations and Engineering leadership, serving as the technical authority across machining strategy, forming processes, manufacturability, and engineering execution. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in metallics, high-speed machining, tooling, and structural manufacturing within aerospace or defense environments.

The Engineering Manager will support multiple Southern California manufacturing operations and play a key role in advancing machining capability, process stability, manufacturing efficiency, and cross-functional engineering execution.
