Lead and set-up CCS (Connect and control solution) R&D team as one of the global R&D center.
Develop team and people with high efficiency and capabilities.
Lead NPD and PMI Projects to successfully achieve the Business target.
High efficient communication and coordination with stakeholder make sure projects success.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

+ Set-up high capable R&D team including mechanical, electronics and software
+ Execution and fulfillment NPD and PMI projects
+ Ensure R&D resource allocation for projects that will ensure success
+ Ensure Danfoss standards and processes are followed in R&D projects
