WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

1. Design Engineering:

• New Product Development responsibilities for Calmark and Birtcher product line

• Lead NPD Engineers through cross-functional development projects

• Ensure 3D processes are followed and identify opportunities for improvements

• Actively participate in the product roadmap definition with Product Management, Sales, and customers

• Execute New Product Development actions per product roadmap

• Identify technology gaps and launch R&D projects as needed
