Engineering Manager

We are currently seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Field Service Engineering function. This role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction, operational performance, and profitable growth across the portfolio, with full accountability for equipment safety, compliance, and reliability.

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the Field Engineering team, ensuring wellbeing, competency, and safety of all engineers
• Own the engineering operating plan and annual budget, including labour, travel, spares, equipment maintenance, and capital
• Manage forecasting, variance analysis, and disciplined cost control to align with operational plans
• Implement and enforce safety standards and compliance for all equipment through audits, risk assessments, and preventive maintenance
