Job Description

Role Profile
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the engineering function, making sure machinery, equipment and site services are running safely, reliably and efficiently. You'll oversee planned maintenance, breakdown response and engineering improvements across the site, while helping move the operation towards a more proactive and reliability-focused maintenance culture.
This is a role for someone who's comfortable being on the shop floor, supporting the team through challenges, solving problems quickly and building strong relationships across production, quality and HSE.
Key Responsibilities 
Lead and develop a multi-skilled engineering team across mechanical and electrical maintenance.
Manage planned preventative maintenance, reactive engineering and continuous improvement activity.
Drive plant reliability and reduce downtime through root cause analysis and long-term fixes.
