Engineering Manager

Hexcel is currently seeking an Engineering Manager for our Casa Grande, AZ, USA location. The Engineering Manager will lead a team of talented engineers in the manufacturing of products within the following areas: Advanced Acoustic Materials, Satellite & Propulsion Materials, and Aero Interiors & Defense Materials. Our ideal candidate exhibits a positive, proactive, and professional approach and will be expected to maintain a strong focus on employee and process safety, process reliability, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the leadership of the Process Engineering group at the Casa Grande facility. Provide direction and assistance to improve process reliability and material usage variances (MUV).
