Head of Engineering – Mpumalanga
An established international industry leader in the processing and renewable resources sector is seeking an experienced Head of Engineering to oversee the full maintenance, engineering, and project portfolio at their Mpumalanga facility.
What makes this role unique?The successful candidate will spend the first 6 months in the United Kingdom receiving hands‑on training directly from the Global Head of Engineering. You’ll learn global best practices, systems, and procedures – then return to South Africa to roll them out and drive engineering excellence locally. All travel, accommodation, and salary during training will be fully covered.
