Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and develop a team of engineers supporting the design, development, and production of electromechanical actuation systems for commercial and military aerospace applications. This role combines people leadership, technical oversight, project execution, and operational management in a New Product Introduction (NPI) environment.
Responsibilities

+ Lead, mentor, and develop a team of approximately 12 engineers, supporting performance management, talent development, and succession planning.

+ Oversee electromechanical product development and engineering activities throughout the product lifecycle, from concept through production.

+ Ensure adherence to engineering standards, design processes, quality requirements, and industry best practices.
