Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Montreal engineering team, drive project execution, and ensure alignment between engineering, production, and business strategy.

This role combines technical leadership, team management, and operational execution in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment.
