Engineering Manager

Position Summary

The Engineering Manager leads Algonquin Bridge’s engineering function, combining hands‑on structural design and professional practice (including reviewing, sealing/stamping, and issuing letters of certification) with people leadership, coaching, and development of a high‑performing engineering team. This role ensures safe, code‑compliant, efficient and competitive designs for Algonquin Bridge’s modular panel bridge systems, custom prefabricated bridge solutions, and bridge abutment systems, while partnering closely with Sales, Operations and Project teams to deliver turn‑key engineered bridge/abutment packages. This position reports to the President, Algonquin Bridge & AIL Soundwalls. Key Responsibilities
