Engineering Manager

At Teconnex we are seeking to recruit an experienced Engineering Manager who knows how to scale plant capacity, lead high-performance engineering teams, and drive measurable operational and financial results in an automotive manufacturing environment.

Plant Size: 200 employees

Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–5:00 PM

The role

You will take full ownership of engineering strategy, industrial performance, and technical execution.

This role leads: Industrial Engineering, Maintenance, Testing Engineering, NPI (New Product Introduction), Systems Engineering

You will drive:

• Capacity optimisation
• Lean transformation, Waste elimination
• Successful product launches & line transfers
• CAPEX planning for growth and technology upgrades
• Compliance with IATF 16949 & ISO standards
