 They currently have an opportunity available for an Engineering Manager to lead the Engineering functions across their Victorian site including plant operations, maintenance and capital expenditure projects.
 
 Duties include:
 
 Providing leadership in a safety-first culture ensuring positive safe work practices.
 Inspecting facilities and analysing operational data.
 Compiling estimates for technical and material requirements for project development.
 Maintenance management, supervising maintenance personnel & contractors.
 Leading and supporting continuous improvement activities
