Engineering Manager (Marine)

Salary: GBP 50,000 – 60,000 per annum.

In‑house training, onshore role, European travel and company benefits.

We are an industry‑leading marine vessel manufacturer, specialising in crew transfer services for offshore wind farms and a range of 21–32 metre vessels. This role offers the chance to be a key member of a specialist engineering team, providing technical leadership and support across operations.

The Role

• Liaise with operations managers, fleet engineers and vessel crews to resolve breakdowns and defects.
• Act as the technical point of contact for fleet engineers and vessel crews.
• Diagnose and repair vessel issues, primarily in the tenderring workshop and onshore environments across Europe.

The Person

• Engineering manager or similar; agricultural or vehicle/machinery fleet manager experience may also be considered.
