Job Description
Reporting directly to the Director of Manufacturing, the Engineering Manager will play a key role in the site leadership team. You'll be responsible for the entire engineering function, ensuring assets are maintained to minimise downtime and maximise efficiency, delivering optimal output at the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and develop a team of around 10 engineers in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement across all site assets.
