Job Description Engineering Manager: Java / Spring Boot / AWS / React / AI Location: Bangalore Experience: 10 Years Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage engineering teams working on Java / Spring Boot / React / AWS-based applications • Drive design and development of scalable enterprise solutions • Manage end-to-end delivery of projects in Life Sciences / Pharma / Healthcare domain • Work closely with Product, Business, and Client stakeholders • Define architecture, coding standards, and engineering best practices • Ensure high-quality, secure, and scalable application development • Lead cloud-native development using AWS services • Manage Agile / Scrum delivery model • Mentor developers, architects, and technical leads • Ensure compliance with GxP / FDA / Healthcare regulations (Good to Have) • Drive AI-assisted engineering practices across development teams AI-Driven Development (Must Have – Vibe Coding) • Hands-on experience with AI development tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ...
