+ 8 years of experience programming in C++, Java or Go.

+ 3 years of experience building software for data privacy or security (e.g., identity and access management).

+ 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.

+ 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.



**Preferred qualifications:**



+ Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields.

+ 3 years of experience working in a complex organization.
