Team mission The Infrastructure Platform team builds, automates, and enhances the cloud and container-based platform and datastores that underpin every product team at GetYourGuide. We are engineers for the engineers — designing the abstractions, paved paths, and self-service tooling that let other teams ship safely and quickly without becoming experts in the underlying systems. Our stack is built on AWS, Kubernetes, and Istio. Our aim is to provide a reliable, opinionated platform that lets teams move fast, take risks, and experiment with confidence.

Your mission

Be responsible for all hiring and performance management topics on the Engineering side, helping your engineers reach their full potential

Partner closely with your peers and stakeholders to shape the roadmap and portfolio allocation, and drive high-impact delivery

Build and maintain opinionated paved paths and abstraction layers for mission teams
