Engineering Manager
Location: India, Pune or Bangalore
About the Role
The Engineering Manager is the operational heartbeat of a specific Product Area (Platform, Growth, or Contracts). You are responsible for the delivery velocity, professional growth, and operational health of 1–2 development Pods.
You will work in a Duo-Leadership model, partnering with Pod Technical Leads who own the architecture, while you own the people, the Kanban flow in Azure DevOps, and the coordination of high-quality releases with our US-based Leadership and Cloud Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
High-Performance People Leadership
Manage and coach a team of 20–35 software engineers, providing direct mentorship to Pod Technical Leads.
Conduct regular 1-on-1s and performance reviews, building clear career development paths for your team members.
