Overview

Alchem Partners have been retained to source an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead a multi-disciplined team on site in Preston, a COMAH regulated site specialising in a variety of chemical products.

The role will focus on existing processes and improvements, leading and mentoring multi-disciplined teams, increasing preventative maintenance activity and projects to support these.

Responsibilities

• Lead the teams ensuring development, mentoring and coaching for the team
• Ensure that all maintenance and servicing aspects relating to the site are efficiently undertaken to support operations
• Ensure all works carried out adhere to our safe working systems
• Manage service contracts and contractors attending site
• Develop and implement Planned Preventive Maintenance Systems
